Customer Setup
If you are on this page, you have most likely already placed an order and received your Activation Key. This is where we start in this guide.
Step 1: Open the account setup link you received - in the case of this example with a 1 Month Subscription it is https://account.streamix.org/1-month
Step 2: Specify whether you want an M3U or MAG account, 99% of all customers choose M3U, because all you have to do is log in to your IPTV App with the login details that you will receive in your Cliena Area. We also recommend that you specify if you want Adult Content (XXX) and if you want us to activate only certain countries or worldwide content.
Step 3: Enter your Activation Key and press “Validate Key”, it will set your cart to $0. Once you added your key, scroll down and register for the Customer Area.
Step 4: This is the last step of the setup process, here you register for the Customer Area. After filling everything, press "Continue".
Important: Don't forget your login details, you will need access to the Customer Area to renew your subscription independently!
Step 5: After completing the setup process, you will be redirected to the Confirmation page, press “Continue To Client Area”.
Step 6: As soon as you are in the Client Area, you will find your IPTV Subscription under “Your Active Products/Services”. Click on “Manage” to access the login details for your IPTV Account.
When your subscription expires, you will find an open invoice under the menu option “Invoices”. As soon as you have paid it, your subscription will be automatically renewed. For now, renewals can only be paid with Crypto. If your order was with PayPal or CashApp and you don't have Crypto, you can simply contact the Live Support in our shop and they will renew the account for you.
